The exercise program is an important aspect of your rehabilitation. The exercises will be given according to your needs, your healing stage, your daily activities, your work and your sports.
The exercise program can also help to prevent injuries.
The program can consist of stretching exercices, flexibility exercises, strengthening exercises, stabilisation exercises, balance, proprioception and motor control exercises.
During your appointment, you will do, under my supervision, the exercises program designed specifically for you to suit your limitations and requirements.
These exercises will be adapted during your rehabilitation.
There will be a progression of forces and difficulty level to allow you a more rapid, secure and proper return to work, activities or sports.
You will receive a copy of this program to allow you to do it at home, therefore speeding up your healing.
